Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds and Returns:
This Needitnow is a free platform for any user and there is no contract to use the services provided by us. As this is an online transaction and bank related once you made the payment to the beneficiary then there is no reversible of that payment. Once you initiate and are done with the transaction means completed your payment. There is no chance to reverse that payment in any case, so users should understand this clearly. A successful transaction means the Biller/landlord will get credited there is no chance of reversing that payment.

THERE IS NO REFUNDS OR REVERSAL OF ANY KIND FOR SUCCESSFUL REMITTED PAYMENTS AND SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION.

However, users will get a refund in case of any failed transactions due to technical issues on the website. In such cases, the user shall be refunded the full amount including service fees (if any), without any deductions into the source account within 7-10 working days.

Disputed Transactions:
All users should be bound by the terms and conditions of Needitnow. If any user violates this or our payment partners Needitnow reserves the right to hold back that amount that is suspicious or unauthorized. In case of any fraudulent transactions, Needitnow reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with the agreed terms of use. then that user should provide appropriate documents for validation if the user is unable to furnish those documents then Needitnow reserves the right to refund the transaction amount to the source account after deducting the charges incurred which include convenience fee, PG charges, Service Tax or GST, and other related charges.

Needitnow further reserves the right to hot-list any user account if the same is found to be violating the Terms and Conditions of our website and also the right to report the details to the concerned authorities of bank partners for further action.

Charges and Pricing:
We may choose to charge the users a small fee for the use of the service. The fee may vary from time to time and may waive temporarily for promotional purposes. Needitnow has the right to increase, change and reduce the service charges without any prior notice to the users.

There is no subscription-based pricing, just charged a convenience fee for use of services offered by Needitnow on a PAY PER USE basis. This fee is inclusive of service tax to use the services. However, there is no set-up cost to create an account with Needitnow.

The user will get charge information before doing his transaction then the user can proceed to make the payments only if he agrees to the fees for that service.
